2019 KX450

This bike turned out awesome. Customer wanted some more power and have the cases replaced due to some chain damage on the left side. We put all new OEM bearings, seals and gaskets in there as well as a 14:1 compression ratio piston. Bike already had a custom Bills Pipe and a tune. All said and done this bike barked and is a rippah for sure! Keep Burns Bike & Auto in mind for any two or four wheel needs. Big or small we fix them all! Don't hesitate! Call us today!

2020 CRF250L

2020 CRF250L

I think this bike does all the talking for itself. This was a long journey to build for sure but its finally finished and were proud of it! What you see here is a 2020 CRF250L like no other! The owner had one vision in mind, to build the closest thing to a factory bike as possible! The 250L isn't known for having the most power or best handling. Even has slim to nothing for aftermarket parts but we did what we could. First addressing the suspension. We ended up getting a Ohlins front spring kit and heavier oil to help stiffen up those forks. As for the rear we went with a whole shock assembly, also by Ohlins, with a remote reservoir. Personally, the suspension was my favorite part. Now for the engine, she started as a sluggish 24.4hp factory motor. We managed to bump that up to almost 40hp! With the help of a 305 big bore, Daniel Crow Cams, fully tuned EKG, modification to the air box and all that topped off with an FMF exhaust. Touched up this piece with almost every anodized red item they had on the market and a fresh graphics kit makes this thing speak for itself!

Barstool Racer

Barstool Racer

This was one of the coolest projects we have done over here at Burns Bike and Auto! This barstool racer came in for just a tune up. Drained all the fluids and put a fresh carb on and she was a runner! That was just the start though, the owner also wanted a wheelie bar added to the back. Gave it a test run to find out the chain kept getting thrown off. This was due to the frame being cracked in half. None the less after some fabrication to the frame/motor mounts and some fresh paint to make it cherry, it was good as new!

Indian Roadmaster

I know it's been awhile but it has been insane over here. This beautiful Indian roadmaster cane in for a rear cylinder misfire. We found the problem was a bad spark plug wire. We replaced both front and rear wires with factory indian ones as well as a full tune up. Always keep us in mind for any of your 2 or 4 wheel needs. Come on down and get your bike fixed right

Indian Chief

This one was a cool one for sure. 2003 Indian came I'm after sitting for years. We had our work cut out for us. The tanks had to be professionally redone inside. We rebuilt the carb, installed a new battery, re sealed the primary, full 3 oil change, new plugs etc. Safe to say she is back on the road and doing what they do best. She did clean up nice I have to say.
